Information you provide
If you contact us, we collect your name, email address, and message so we can respond. If you join a waitlist or request a download, we store the details you submit for that request.
Work log data
Your work logs live on your device by default. Reflekto does not upload your work log content unless you explicitly enable a sync or integration that requires it.
Analytics and diagnostics
If you opt in to analytics, we collect basic usage and performance data to improve the product. You can opt out at any time in the app.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with service providers who help us operate the website, and only as needed to deliver the service.
Data retention
Contact requests are retained so we can follow up. You can ask us to delete your contact data at any time.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. Keep your devices and accounts protected.
